THE ORDINARY HEMI-SQUALENE SERUMS 30ML

I love this hemi-squalane, it removes stubborn makeup and mascara like nothing else! Since it’s discontinued, I was really excited to find it on this site! When the package arrived, sadly 9 of the 10 bottles I ordered had leaked in varying degrees. I took photos of each bottle and reached out to customer service asking if perhaps a couple new bottles could be sent to replace the product that had leaked out. They responded with a kind email saying they would happily replace everything and will follow up with me. Then they asked to recall that email which was confusing? I never heard back after that and followed up - to which the response was a one sentence reply that they will look into it and get back to me. I have followed up again twice and have not heard back since. It’s been about two months now, so I can assume there will be no action, replacement or responsibility taken. It’s been an unfortunate experience because I love this product so much. I wouldn’t trust ordering from them again sadly.
